Professional Learning - Coding Series

Length: 40 minutes beginning at 3:30 p.m. EST

This webinar will assist educators with limited or no experience in coding to understand and teach the coding expectations in the new curriculum, as well as introduce the cross-curricular connections to the science and technology curriculum.

  • Grades 1-2: November 16 & 17

  • Grades 3-4: November 23 & 24

  • Grades 5-6: November 30 & December 1

  • Grades 7-8: December 7 & 8

Who should attend this webinar?

Classroom educators who are teaching grades 1-8 during the 2020 - 21 school year. School leaders (principals and vice-principals) are also welcome to attend.

Technical Information

Access to YouTube is required as Science North is offering this webinar through YouTube Live, which can be accessed from many devices, including laptops, desktop computers (MacOS and PC), iOS and Android devices, and Chromebooks. Participants do not require a microphone or camera to participate.
